Three Fundamental Techniques in Handling People 

Technique 1: Don't criticize, condemn or complain 
"If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive."
Reflection: I agree with this quote because its saying that to handle people you have to able to not be rude and be mean and criticize them. Also about sharing your problems like people already have enough problems of there own they don't need yours or they don't need you to get them involved. Never share with hem something you don't like but they do like it. Like oh I like to play basketball and then the other person says I don't like it. Like no don't say that. Or when you have different music taste than other people, never criticize the music they hear because not everyone listens o the same thing you do.



Technique 2: Give honest and sincere appreciation 
"The big secret in dealing with people"

Reflection: I agree that giving honest will help you handle people because your not lying your saying the truth to them. Also showing appreciation will help you deal with people because your showing that you appreciate them being your friend. To be honest you just have to say the truth and not lie. Maybe there's a few things you have to be dishonest about like if you don't like someones shoes, clothes, hair, etc. just keep your bad comments to yourself because then saying that would make the person feel bad.


Technique 3: Arouse in the other person an eager want.
"He who can do this has the whole world with him. He who cannot, walks a lonely way." 
Reflection: I agree with this quote, in order to maintain successful working relationships with people we have to able to understand them. In order to win over other people , why talk about what you want? The individual who is able to put the needs of others above his or her own will be able to win the hearts of others.




Final Reflection: I think these three techniques will help with handling people because they give really good advice and I will apply these techniques by always being honest like a good honest never a negative. Always learning not to criticize people and there beliefs or opinions or hobbies or whatever they like. Always being able to accept people who they are and not trying to change them.
