Attribute: I think what this quote is tying to say is that everyone has a goal in life that they want to reach or that they want to accomplish. 

Reflection: I agree with this quote because everyone does have goals they want to reach pr accomplish. Like I want to graduate high school and go to college. Everyone has there own goals that they want to accomplish.
