Definition: A settled way of thinking or feeling about someone or something, typically one that is reflected in a person's behavior.
Reflection: What this quote is saying is that if you have a bad attitude than you will get no where in life because no one likes a person with a bad attitude. But if you have a good attitude of course people will like you and it will be easier for you to get a good job. So its always good to have a good attitude rather than a bad attitude.
